Digital adoption platform for enterprise-wide transformation. It brings help and
training into the flow of work, mostly in SAP landscapes. In use at Continental and

Responsible for its development for years and to this day. Architecture and organisation, no code of my own.
AI-supported platform for knowledge retention. AI-led interviews capture experiential

congress in Cologne.
Anyone who brings AI into HR processes settles questions of works-council
co-determination and employee data protection in the architecture. The system is
deliberately designed so that it produces no assessment and no ranking of people.
Application, backend and infrastructure developed single-handedly. On the market, currently being introduced at customers.
Learning where the work happens, with REWE
Bluetooth beacons in the supermarket deliver learning content where the task takes

“Digitale Schnitzeljagd im Supermarkt” (a digital scavenger hunt

HR Excellence Award 2017
for it.
